Our gîte is
in an old farm yard
in the village of Elversele in Flanders. It is accessible from
Ghent and Antwerp in half an hour and Brussels in under an hour. The
accomodation
is simple but cosy. The garden, surrounded by a mixed yew and holly
hedge invites you to relax outside. In season there are traditional
local
fruits and nuts. The former
farmhouse, known as "Den Pelmeulen" dates from the 1680's.

Breakfast is included in self catering. There are cooking facilities in the suite.
If arriving by car leave the E17 at exit 14 and follow the N41 direction Hamme until the roundabout (approximately 1.8 kilometers). Don't go into the tunnel but follow direction Temse and turn left into the Legen Heirweg. The gîte is about 300 meters along on the left side at number 35.
If arriving by train in Sint Niklaas take the number 91 or 92 bus, descending at "the Duivenhoek", retracing your steps and turning right in the Legen Heirweg. The gîte is about 300 meters along on the left side at number 35.
If arriving by train in Temse take the number 99 bus, descending at "the Duivenhoek" retracing your steps and turning right in the Legen Heirweg. The gîte is about 300 meters along on the left side at number 35.
